Return
If the products you have received are faulty, defective or different from your purchased, kindly inform us within 3 days from the day you acknowledged receipt of such parcel. 

Please note that products that are damaged as a result of use and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective. 

Returned products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging attached. 

Damaged, soiled or altered return products will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
 
*STRICTLY NO exchange / return for change of mind.

After the return application has been verified or when the products you placed are out of stock,  Nana will process for the refund within 7 working days.
